Fusion Industrial value the client as
Number One. We want all aspects of our work to reflect
our mission statement.
To this end our approach from very first discussion through
to final invoice will remain consistent.
The initial contact with you will be via e-mail or phone.
We may be asked to come to site to discuss your requirements.
Each enquiry is given a unique number and a file will
be opened.
From this you will receive a detailed quotation or tender
return for your perusal. Once you have decided to place
an order with our company you will be assigned a Project
Manager who will handle all aspects of the contract from
beginning to completion.
Our own Health and Safety System has been implemented
across every operational site, in order to meet client
safety standards as well as our own.
Within this remit Method Statements, Risk Assessments
and safety briefings form part of the standard for each
project. We regularly audit our workforce making unannounced
visits to all sites. 'Toolbox Talks' are part of our normal
Health and Safety procedures. We are currently working
towards ISO 9001 accreditation.
We are accredited to the Contractors Health and Safety
Assessment Scheme known as CHAS.
We can demonstrate the highest quality in our training
delivery through our fully Qualified Health and Safety
Manager. All staff are trained on the relevant access
equipment and tools and issued with the relevant certificates
of competence as required.
Each and every member of our staff is issued with all
the required PPE at all times.
All of our electrical equipment is checked and PAT tested
in house as required.
The Fusion Industrial Team from support staff to skilled
tradesmen to the Management are regularly trained in all
aspects of the quality, environmental and health &
safety systems. |
